Last "Teach Them To Fish" Real Estate & Financial Literacy Seminar is on Saturday April 14th! Register today!

Edward S. Lee, Realtor with Exit Shore Realty in Salisbury, MD and Founder Teach Them To Fish (TTTF) announced that the organization’s final “Financial Literacy Home Buyer’s Seminar” will take place on April 14th, 2018, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., at the First Baptist Church of Salisbury. Lee said that the early registrations indicate that the Seminar and Classes will be filled to capacity enrolment for this the final class, of 2018.

The program has been very successful in placing families in homes by working with them and industry financial professionals (Nations Lending) to help them improve their credit scores.

This along with Exit Shore Realty, which specializes in servicing First Time Home Buyers, has provided the foundation for TTTF’s success. “But there is much more to the story than that…during the six week class period, participants are given required readings and tapes to listen to that are discussed in class…we believe that creating the proper mental attitude, grounding and centering are important to achieving success”, Lee said.

We believe that, “If you can pay your monthly rent, you can pay a monthly mortgage”.
