7:57...the different transactions at Food Lion are because they need to spread out the SNAP. I agree about the raucous behavior of these people who want respect. I don't appreciate the comments from people calling us savages and the behavior being animalistic as fights don't break out at any other school but because this is a HBCU the conduct is weighted heavily. As far as a waste of tax dollars, what about the tax dollars that are being wasted on everything unethical in the U.S as a whole. Bottom line is before people comment know what happened and why it happened before people should start degrading charter.
That's because you have to start looking at people as individuals and not by race. There is a deviant, minority subculture in the black community that behaves this way. Mainly due to alcohol and not knowing how to channel your emotions as a man because you didn't have a father in the house to model after, just rap videos and scarface. We need to get to the point that we can begin to look at people as individuals. I went to SU and UMES. I've seen just as many ignorant people who want to fight or be loud for attention of many races in my travels. Usually alcohol is involved, but I've seen just as many SU rugby, football, and lacrosse player fights, as I have wanna be thugs at a UMES function
First off the people that started the craziness were non-umes students so for y'all to be calling umes students animals and basically saying we are a waist of time and money is ridiculous. We keep this broke ass town of y'all's alive. If there was no umes princess Anne would have been nothing and don't blame the whole school for a few because it's not fair to the rest of us who are actually dignified.

Donyae maybe it would be better coming from the students. Maybe the dignified, behaved students ought to stand up and say enough is enough. Why do we keep allowing bad behavior to bring us down? And demand the removal of the students not worthy of being there, instead of allowing the people whi actually LIVE here to do it. And while your right that PA would be an even sleepier little town than it already is....we wouldnt need as much policing either. Uh oh. A chicken got loose is better than a yearly riot.
Not excusing anyone's behavior, but whose to say that it was the students acting up. The concert is opened to the public. Salisbury University has plenty of Riots and uncall for behavior that's swept under the rug or hiddent. So UMES shouldn't be singled out about wasted tax dollars. Some people just don't know how to act and thats the world we live in. All we can do is pray that someone will help guide these young adults in the way they should go and let them know there's consequences for their actions. Its sad that some people think that this type of behavior is ok.
Ok the truth is...the police pepper sprayed the kids because they were pushing to get through the line. Why would those students be pepper sprayed? And the police chief saying it was a less "lethal" option. Ok, so he would consider lethal action against kids for pushing to get in a concert. White kids do that all the time at rock concerts.

About a couple months ago there was a fight at the Wicomico Civic Center during a COUNTRY MUSIC CONCERT where the SAVAGE concert goers were predominantly WHITE FOLKS!!!!!
