Signs to warn drivers of tough reckless driving penalties in Va.

WASHINGTON — New signs on Interstates 95 and 81 warn drivers that traveling faster than 80 mph in Virginia can carry stiff penalties, including up to a year in jail.

The Virginia Department of Transportation is installing the warning signs on I-95 in the 70 mph zone through Spotsylvania, Caroline and Hanover counties between D.C. and Richmond, and on I-81 as far north as Shenandoah County, west of Front Royal.

The signs are going up in locations that data from the Department of Motor Vehicles show have more crashes than other similar highway stretches or higher proportions of speeding drivers than other stretches.

Hillary’s chutzpah: Slamming Trump over Putin remarks while her Iranian nuke deal benefits Russia

You have to give the Clinton campaign props for their chutzpah! Hillary Clinton and President Obama have been hitting the campaign trail mocking Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s Russian business connections and his comments regarding Vladimir Putin, calling him a “strong leader for Russia.”

Obviously Trump’s statement is simply factually true but the Clinton campaign is trying to turn Trump into some type of Russian puppet, someone Lenin used to call a “useful idiot.”

While at the same time, the Iran nuclear “deal” where President Obama lied to the American people over and over again — we still don’t know to what extent —and that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has openly supported, funds the Russian treasury by tens of billions of dollars. The cash that Obama shipped Iran, — $30 billion at last known count — most likely went to fund terrorism around the world, and that’s a lot of terror. However, the other tens of billions that Iran received are going to fund the Kremlin’s hybrid warfare campaign against the West.

East Coast faces gas shortages after pipeline leak

NEW DELHI (CNNMoney) —A leak has caused the closure of a crucial pipeline that carries gasoline to the eastern United States, a disruption that threatens to drive up prices and leave service stations without fuel to sell.

A section of the Colonial Pipeline, which runs from Houston to New York, has been closed since Sept. 9 after a spill of roughly 6,000 barrels of gasoline was discovered in rural Shelby County, Ala.

The major pipeline, one pipe of which has been severed, provides gasoline for an estimated 50 million people on the East Coast each day, according to company estimates.

The pipeline's operator has said full service will not be restored until at least next week. The closure has set off an industry-wide scramble as suppliers seek alternative ways to transport gasoline to the East Coast.

Already, ships have been dispatched to carry fuel from Texas to New York as part of the effort

Ruppersberger: Edward Snowden A 'Criminal' Who Endangered Americans

Rep. C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger was the ranking member on the House intelligence committee when Edward Snowden leaked classified documents about government surveillance.

Now, while Snowden remains in asylum in Russia, and a movie based on his actions heads into theaters, a new report by that House committee has come out calling Snowden a traitor who did damage to America's national security interests.

The Republican-led committee released a three-page unclassified summary of its two-year bipartisan examination of how Snowden was able to remove the documents from secure NSA networks, what the documents contained and the damage their removal caused to U.S. national security.

Rep. Adam Schiff of California, the ranking Democrat on the House intelligence committee, said the probe revealed that the vast majority of what Snowden took had nothing to do with American privacy.

Mexico Builds A "Wall" (And Guess Who Paid For It)

Mexico is building a 'wall'... on its southern border (to keep illegal immigrants out). Perhaps even more ironic, The FT notes that the Obama administration is coy about its role in Mexico’s crackdown but is sending $75m in equipment and training to help stop Central Americans from crossing illegally into Mexico... in other words, US Taxpayers funded a Mexican wall to keep immigrants out.

The UN estimates 400,000 Central Americans cross illegally into Mexico each year and as many as half of those are fleeing violence. But as The FT reports, Mexico already acts as a formidable barrier for many...

Zero net immigration of Mexicans into the US and an 82 per cent fall in people caught trying to cross the US-Mexico border in the past 10 years means that most would-be immigrants detained there are Central Americans. Even without Mr Trump’s fortress frontier, Mexico finds itself under increasing pressure to stem the migrant tide near its source — its own southern border.

“Mexico has become a wall for migrants,” said Sister Magdalena Silva, co-ordinator of Cafemin, a privately run shelter in Mexico City that takes in refugee families, including Rosa’s. “The current policy is to arrest migrants to stop them from getting to the US border.”

Unlike in the US, Mexico has broadened asylum laws to recognise that fleeing violence of the kind practised by the street gangs of Honduras and El Salvador can classify someone as a refugee. But the odds are still stacked against asylum seekers: Mexico deported a record 175,000 Central Americans last year, up 68 per cent from the previous year and nearly two-and-a-half times the number deported by the US.

OC tackles short-term rental glut

Ocean City’s efforts to track and collect taxes from short-term vacation rentals advertised on peer-to-peer websites, such as Airbnb and VRBO, were discussed during Monday’s Tourism Commission meeting.

Donna Abbott, Ocean City director of tourism and marketing, said Susan Jones, executive director of the Ocean City Hotel Motel Restaurant Association, is continuing to educate others on the issue.

“She’s working on planning a short-term rental seminar to create awareness among HMRA members,” Abbott said.

The topic has reached the boiling point in other U.S. markets.

“Even in San Francisco, where Airbnb is based, they’ve filed a lawsuit,” she said.

L.A. Times Tracking Poll: Donald Trump Up Six Points

Donald Trump continues his polling climb in the L.A. Times political tracking poll, as he now leads Hillary Clinton by six points.

Trump is now at 47.2 percent while Clinton is at 41.3 percent.

The poll suggests that Trump has soared during Clinton’s absence on the campaign trail, after she collapsed after a 9/11 ceremony in New York City raising questions about her health.

Clinton returns to the campaign trail today, speaking at a rally in North Carolina.

OC Coastal Cleanup collects roughly 500 pounds of trash

The numbers are still being added, but the result is still the same: it was another successful International Coastal Cleanup in Ocean City.

According to preliminary figures from Ocean City Surf Club, a longtime participant in the event, approximately 145 Adopt Your Beach volunteers were part of the total 214 registered participants in the worldwide trash cleanup held on Saturday.

As of Tuesday, organizers reported that 500 pounds of trash was collected and about 700 volunteer hours logged.

“The storm really brought us a lot of extra litter,” said OC Surf Club member Effie Cox, who also helped built the beach adoption program. “There was a lot of stuff that was uncovered and washed up to shore in the rough waters, like plastic items and surprising [amount] of sand toys.”

Md.’s highest court to decide case of vanity license plate with profanity

ANNAPOLIS, Md. — The Maryland Court of Appeals is considering whether the state’s Motor Vehicle Administration acted unconstitutionally in recalling vanity license plates sporting a Spanish scatological word.

In 2009, John T. Mitchell of Accokeek, Maryland, requested and received vanity license plates from the Maryland MVA that read “MIERDA,” a Spanish term that translates to “s–t” or “junk.”

It was not until December 2011 that he received a letter from the Motor Vehicle Administration stating that his plates were issued in error and asking that Mitchell return them.

“I thought it was a possibility I might get a letter explaining why they wouldn’t issue it, but I got the tag in the mail, no issues with it,” Mitchell said.

Secret plan to "clean up" the country

French authorities are preparing for “civil war” against Muslims in order to “clean up” the country, according to prominent author Éric Zemmour, who claims a high placed government source told him of the plan.

Franco-Algerian Zemmour gave an interview with French radio station RTL during which he revealed details of a program called “Operation Ronces,” developed in coordination with the Israeli Army based on their experiences in Gaza.

The French government has been secretly preparing for a “civil war” against Muslims as a way to “clean up” the country in response to numerous riots and terror attacks in recent years, claims Zemmour, who characterizes the plan as a “new reconquista on their own soil”.

Report calls for routine psychiatric testing of police officers

BALTIMORE —A recent Baltimore grand jury report is recommending routine mental health psychological evaluations be mandatory for all police and correctional officers.

Periodic testing is meeting resistance from the police union. Those opposed cite costs and expressed fear that city officers will be fired because psychiatric testing is not standardized.

The bi-annual Baltimore grand jury report found that since April 2015 riots, city officers are overwhelmed, overworked and underpaid. The grand jury wrote that the Baltimore Police Department is facing a staff shortage, and officers can't request time off unless it is an emergency or a funeral.

The report stated: "They should be arguing, where is my mental health? Where is my break? Sit me on a desk for a day! Let me breathe! They are tired and afraid for their own safety and security."

HSBC case blows lid off Clintons’ offshore empire

Panama Papers suggest ties to massive money-laundering scheme

NEW YORK – The arrest of the head of global foreign exchange cash trading at HSBC bank may shed new light on suspicions the Clinton Foundation has been involved in illegal offshore money-laundering operations on a massive scale.

The investigation into HSBC currency trader Mark Johnson and associate Stuart Scott for their alleged role in a “conspiracy to rig currency benchmarks” by front-running customer orders has escalated to the point where the Department of Justice is threatening to tear up a 2012 agreement to fine HSBC a historic $1.9 billion for money-laundering violations in lieu of criminal prosecutions.

At issue is whether or not HSBC has honored the 2012 deferred-prosecution agreement in which the bank agreed to establish internal review procedures to catch and punish potentially criminal activities by employees.

Offshore wind farm could lower congestion costs

With the only power plant in the county serving the residents of Berlin, and only part-time at that, transmitting electricity to customers on the lower shore can get costly, but quantifying exactly how much could be saved by employing other methods is not likely to be a line item on anyone’s bill anytime soon.

These costs of transmission are already rolled into the kilowatt-hour charges customers see delineated on electric bills.

Paul Rich of U.S. Wind, the company in the process of installing an offshore wind farm near Ocean City, described these costs as a “hidden tax” on lower shore residents. He estimated the costs at $4.25 per bill per individual customer on the lower shore.

Clinton Foundation to Throw Birthday Bash for Bill in Manhattan

The Clinton Foundation is going ahead with plans for a big fundraiser Friday celebrating former president Bill Clinton’s 70th birthday at Manhattan’s Rainbow Room on Friday, featuring performances by Jon Bon Jovi, Barbara Streisand and other stars.

Clinton turned 70 on August 19.

Politico’s Ken Vogel describes the event as “one last glitzy fundraising bash” before Hillary Clinton wins the November election and takes office, after which the Clintons’ ties to the foundation are in doubt. He adds:

The fundraiser is being held at the Rainbow Room, a fine-dining restaurant on the 65th floor of a Manhattan skyscraper. Plans called for performances by Wynton Marsalis, Jon Bon Jovi and Barbra Streisand, according to people briefed on the planning. They said that major donors are being asked to give $250,000 to be listed as a chair for the party, $100,000 to be listed a co-chair and $50,000 to be listed as a vice-chair.

Maryland commission to recommend repeal of 'overly burdensome' business regulations

A commission reviewing Maryland's regulatory environment for business is expected to hand in its second report in December recommending repeals of "overly burdensome" regulations, Chairman Abba David Poliakoff said Friday.

Gov. Larry Hogan created the Regulatory Reform Commission last year through an executive order with the goal of figuring out how to improve Maryland's business friendliness. The commission delivered the first of three scheduled reports last December, recommending items such as consolidating professional licenses and reviewing the state's procurement process. The latest report comes ahead of the 2017 General Assembly.

Last year, the commission hosted meetings across the state and received feedback from more than 250 businesses. This year, Poliakoff said, the commission created four workgroups to discuss regulatory reform in the areas of environmental/land use, financial services, occupations and business licensing and health care.

Congressman Harris Votes to Block Gitmo Release of Detainees

WASHINGTON, DC: Congressman Andy Harris (MD-01) released the following statement after the House passed H.R. 5351, to prohibit the transfer of any individual detained at United States Navel Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba:

“Once again, Congress has acted to stop President Obama from playing politics with the security of our nation, putting American lives in danger. With the revelation that 30% of former Guantanamo Bay detainees are confirmed or suspected of reengaging in terrorism, we cannot allow for the transfer and or release of these enemy combatants, especially not to the United States. I agree with the hardworking Americans who believe that counterterrorism should be one of our top priorities and it is unconscionable that our President would willingly bring known terrorists into this country. I will continue to work to ensure that bringing Gitmo detainees to the United States remains illegal.”

California Dems Push For Obamacare For Illegals

California Democrats advocated for President Barack Obama to sign a waiver allowing undocumented immigrants to buy healthcare plans through the Obamacare exchanges Wednesday, claiming the change would not be federally subsidized.

California’s Democratic delegation sent a letter to the administration Monday pushing to make the state the first exemption from the Affordable Care Act’s provision preventing illegals from purchasing plans.

At a Capitol Hill press conference Wednesday, State Sen. Ricardo Lara, a Democrat who led the effort on the state level, stood with congressional lawmakers arguing the exemption would not cost taxpayer dollars or effect the state budget.

“We know that 72 percent of our California families come from mixed status households, meaning wither one or two people in your family are undocumented,” Lara said. “This creates a significant problem when your currently registering for the Affordable Care Act, because we see time and time again, when you can’t enroll the entire family, the entire family leaves without enrolling anyone.”

Doerr gets 10 in arson

Circuit Court Judge Dale Cathell sentenced Matthew Raymond “Ray” Doerr to 10 years in prison for starting the fire in March that destroyed the vacant house formerly located at 19 St. Louis Ave. in Snow Hill on Wednesday.

Doerr was visibly shocked by the sentence, and his longtime girlfriend burst into tears, since he had agreed to a plea deal with State’s Attorney Beau Oglesby that carried a sentencing recommendation for half the amount of time.

Doerr originally faced charges of first-degree arson and destruction of property exceeding $1,000 in value. Oglesby amended the charging document to second-degree arson and agreed to not prosecute the second charge in exchange for a guilty plea.

First-degree arson is used for houses, and second-degree is for “structures,” Oglesby said during the case. The maximum sentence for first-degree arson is 30 years in prison and up to $50,000 in fines, while second-degree arson carries a maximum of 20 years and in $30,000 fines.

What is the FBI hiding?

The bureau has conspired to keep Congress in the dark about its Clinton probe

Earlier this week, Republican leaders in both houses of Congress took the FBI to task for its failure to be transparent. In the House, it was apparently necessary to serve a subpoena on an FBI agent to obtain what members of Congress want to see, and in the Senate, the chairman of the Judiciary Committee accused the FBI itself of lawbreaking.

Here is the back story.

Ever since FBI Director James Comey announced on July 5 he was recommending that the Department of Justice not seek charges against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as a result of her failure to safeguard state secrets during her time in office, many in Congress have had a nagging feeling that this was a political, not a legal, decision. The publicly known evidence of Mrs. Clinton’s recklessness and willful failure to safeguard secrets was overwhelming. The evidence of her lying under oath about whether she returned all her work-related emails that she had taken from the State Department was profound and incontrovertible.

Late Stage Lying: Pneumonia Theory vs. Parkinson’s Disease Theory; Doctors Chime In

On Sunday, an “Overheated” Hillary Stumbled or Fainted at a 911 Ceremony.

Hours later, came news flash Hillary’s Doctor Discloses Pneumonia Diagnosis Made Last Friday: Questions Abound.

Since then, a video by Dr. Ted Noel has made the rounds. Dr. Noel makes a seemingly convincing case Hillary has Late Stage Parkinson’s disease.

Snopes says Noel’s claim is false. I question the analysis of Snopes.

In the above video, Dr. Ted Noel makes a seemingly convincing case Hillary has Late Stage Parkinson’s disease.

My first thought on watching the video was “Wow”. My second thought was “Wow, I wish Dr. Noel did not put a political spin on things.”

Snopes Weighs In

Snopes says the montage of photos and video clips are nothing more than Shaky Diagnosis.

Snopes concluded the story was “false”. Snopes ends with this paragraph:

In closing, we wish to make it clear what our aim has been in this analysis. We have not tried to make the case that Hillary Clinton does not have Parkinson’s disease (in point of fact, we don’t think that case even needs making). Rather, we have shown that what Ted Noel did in this video is systematically misrepresent perfectly ordinary and explicable phenomena as “Parkinson’s disease symptoms,” and his motivation for doing so was purely political.

Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky

EXCLUSIVE: Parties, receptions, radio addresses: How brazen Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky were never far apart UNTIL their steamy phone sex was intercepted by Russia and the UK

What began as a gripping handshake and a flirtatious and furious batting of her eyelashes turned into tawdry sex in every nook and cranny of the Oval Office, including on the revered President's desk.

It was the ultimate fatal attraction after Bill Clinton met Monica Lewinsky at a White House function in 1997, and these photos reveal how the shameless couple posed up together as well as her constantly lurking nearby.

The affair changed both their lives forever and the fallout from the sexual liaison has never subsided, according to Secret Service Officer Gary Byrne in his book, Crisis of Character.

Lewinsky became a pariah who disappeared from public view for years and for Bill, the repercussions of impeachment over the duplicity have haunted wife Hillary Clinton during her presidential campaign.

Muslims Demand Locals Don’t Walk Dogs In Public – Violation Of Sharia And “DISRESPECTS” Them

In Manchester, pamphlets have been distribute by a group called Public Purity have demanded that Brits do not take their dogs out in public as dogs are considered impure in the Islamic faith.

The groups message is that British citizens must do certain things that may be considered uncomfortable in order to make its Muslim citizens feel more at home. Why exactly this type of whiny, ultimatum inducing behavior would make citizens of a non-Islamic nation care how its Muslim residents feel is unclear.

What is clear, however, is that this type of intrusive behavior from Muslim immigrants helps to explain British citizens unwillingness to remain in the European Union.

British citizens were roundly denounced as xenophobes following the #Brexit situation, but if this pamphlet is any indication the Brits way of life really was being challenged by these new visitors.

Hogan is popular because he governs well, not because he does what's popular

The American writer Ambrose Bierce defined a hypocrite as "one who professes virtues that he does not respect and secures the advantage of seeming to be what he despises."

In a self-righteous critique of Gov. Larry Hogan's executive order to start schools after Labor Day, Del. Eric Luedtke, my liberal Democratic colleague, divides politicians into two types: "panderers" and "courage politicians" ("Hogan and Franchot: Profiles in pandering," Sept. 2).

Panderers, he says, "will say or do anything to make themselves more popular. … They ignore the fact that making public policy is enormously complex, avoid discussion of unintended consequences of their actions, dodge tough questions and attack those who dare stand up to them."

On the other hand, courage politicians, he says, "believe strongly in doing what's right, even if it hurts them politically."

The truth about Hillary Clinton and the FBI

With his revelations about Clinton, Comey didn’t let her off the hook

The notion that FBI Director James Comey took a fall to protect Hillary Clinton for political reasons is now gaining as much traction as the claim that President Obama was not born in the United States.

But as with the Obama conspiracy theory, a few simple facts undercut the claim that Mr. Comey acted improperly by not moving to indict Mrs. Clinton.

In the case of the Obama conspiracy theory, the Honolulu Advertiser ran an announcement of his birth in Hawaii at the time. Unless you believe that Obama’s parents knew in advance that he would be president of the United States and conspired to place the announcement in the Hawaii paper to legitimize his election, the announcement should have ended any claim that Mr. Obama was not born in the U.S.

Colin Powell’s Email Leak Horror: Hillary Clinton’s Health Under Fire for over a Year, Potential Endorsement Now Undermined

NEW YORK CITY, New York — Another former Secretary of State’s leaked emails are causing more headaches for the Democratic Party at a time things couldn’t get worse for presidential nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Leaked emails from former Secretary of State Colin Powell undermine a looming potential endorsement of the Democratic ticket for president. They also show that Powell, major Democratic donors, and even U.S. Senators supporting Clinton have been seriously concerned about whether she is physically fit enough to serve as president of the United States for more than a year.

Former New Jersey GOP governor Christine Todd Whitman, in one leaked email first reported by The Daily Caller, wrote to Powell asking why he had not yet endorsed Clinton for president.

“Have you endorsed her yet?” the late July email, subject line “Hillary,” from Whitman to Powell, read.

“Nope,” Powell responded. “By the way, if you have a WSJ today take a look at my piece on immigration. I can send it you missed. On Oped pages.”

"It's Worse Than The Great Depression" - One In Six Prime-Aged Men Has No Job

While Obama has repeatedly touted the sub-5.0% unemployment rate (4.9% most recently) as confirmation his "economic recovery" has been successful, what has received far less media attention has been the unprecedented surge in Americans no longer in the labor force, which as of August stood at a near-record 94.4 million.

And while the traditional response by economic apolists and the media has been that this number is the result of a demographic change in US society, with mostly older workers no longer in the labor pool, we have over the years argued that that is misleading, and that millions of prime-aged workers have fallen out as a result of drastic changes to America's job market, coupled with structural lack of demand for legacy jobs, which has - for example - sent the number of employed waiters and bartenders to all time highs even as the number of manufacturing workers is lower than it was in December 2014.

Clinton Struggles to Win Young Voters in Swing States

Hillary Clinton continues to struggle to win over young voters in swing states, many of whom had supported her primary opponent Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.), according to a poll conducted by Global Strategy Group.

The online poll, paid for by NextGen Climate and done the last week of August, shows Clinton has only seen a slight increase since July in her favorability among voters aged 18 to 34, Buzzfeed reported Thursday.

Clinton has attempted to win over young Americans during her campaign but only received 38 percent of their support in swing states in a four-way race with Donald Trump, Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson, and Green Party candidate Jill Stein. Clinton received a two-point bump from a similar survey done in early July.

In a two-way race against only Trump, she polls at 44 percent, up four points from July.

FULL AUDIO: Dramatic Testimony of Witness to Bill Clinton Alleged Rape Scene

NEW YORK — Breitbart News is now publishing the full audio interview with the nurse who found Juanita Broaddrick in her hotel room immediately after Bill Clinton allegedly raped Broaddrick in 1978.

In the dramatic testimony, Norma Rogers can be heard recounted what she says she witnessed in that room at Little Rock’s Camelot Hotel 38 years ago.

“She was crying,” recalled Norma Rogers, a nurse who worked for Broaddrick, who at the time was a nursing home administrator volunteering for then-Arkansas Attorney General Bill Clinton’s 1978 gubernatorial bid.

Democratic Rep. Accused Of Charity Fraud Seeks Donations For Legal Defense

Democratic Rep. Corrine Brown, who is currently facing felony charges for fraud, is trying to solicit donations online to fund her legal defense.

Brown, who currently represents Florida’s 5th congressional district, was indicted in July on more than 20 counts of fraud. According to federal prosecutors, Brown and a collaborator presented the non-profit One Door for Education as a scholarship fund, but instead used its finances as a personal slush fund. Brown supposedly used the money to pay off back taxes and fund public events honoring herself. Despite raising $800,000, One Door awarded only a single $1,000 scholarship.

Brown’s political fortunes have collapsed since the indictment, but she has refused to give in. She has pleaded not guilty to the charges, and has refused to resign her seat even after losing the Democratic primary in August.

Exclusive: Hillary Clinton Campaign Systematically Overcharging Poorest Donors

Wells Fargo fraud department inundated with calls from low-income Clinton supporters reporting repeated unauthorized charges

Hillary Clinton’s campaign is stealing from her poorest supporters by purposefully and repeatedly overcharging them after they make what’s supposed to be a one-time small donation through her official campaign website, multiple sources tell the Observer.

The overcharges are occurring so often that the fraud department at one of the nation’s biggest banks receives up to 100 phone calls a day from Clinton’s small donors asking for refunds for unauthorized charges to their bankcards made by Clinton’s campaign. One elderly Clinton donor, who has been a victim of this fraud scheme, has filed a complaint with her state’s attorney general and a representative from the office told her that they had forwarded her case to the Federal Election Commission.

Clinton Foundation CEO Admits To Pay-For-Play: "No Question" That "Courtesy Appointments" Were Made

Yesterday, the CEO of the Clinton Foundation, Donna Shalala, went on MSNBC and openly admitted to engaging in "pay-for-play" activities saying there is "no question" that Foundation donors received "courtesy appointments" during Hillary's tenure as Secretary of State. Somehow, Shalala would like for us to believe that so long as appointees weren't put in a position to impact policy decisions then there is no real issue. I guess we should just ignore that taxpayers are funding the salaries of those appointees and paying for their government-related travel all over the world while Hillary gets to accrue "political capital" and her Foundation gets to continue raking in the donations?

Shalala also seems to invoke the Donna Brazile (new DNC Chair) defense who previously told ABC that "someone who is a donor..saying I want access" isn't an issue and anyone who suggests otherwise is just attempting to "criminalize behavior that is normal" (see out previous post "New DNC Chair Says Outrage Over Clinton's Pay-To-Play Is Attempt To 'Criminalize Normal Behavior'").

"First of all there is no question there were phone calls made to get appointments for people."

"There were also business people. There is no question about that."

"I don't see evidence that there was policy decisions made as a result of that other than courtesy appointments. And people in public life are used to doing that kind of — that is, making courtesy appointments for people. I certainly did it as secretary [of Health and Human Services] with requests from Republicans in Congress so I don't find it unusual. We have to be careful that it's not linked to policy decisions as opposed to simply seeing prominent people that ask for appointments."

LEGENDARY COMMENTS BY GEORGE CHEVALLIER 9-17-16

I recently had someone inquire about the stores in the old Salisbury Mall. It seems as if a lot of people grew up in the old Mall and have fond memories of it. They just can’t remember all the stores that were there. The stores were numbered according to a map of the entire Mall. The following may just bring back a memory or two. Some are still with us in other locations, some have faded into history. How many do you remember?

REVEALED: New Pay-For-Play Details Of Clinton Corruption

Newly released emails reveal how the Clintons used their influence to obtain large amounts of cash

The complex and interlocking relationships of the Clinton crime organization have been developed over decades, so it’s no surprise that it would take time to unravel & expose their methods.

Now emails document a new revelation of how the Clintons sold influence and perhaps laundered money through Laureate University.

Bill and his Bimbos, Hill and her Emails: Vast Security Danger

—sloppiest security on the planet—

Colin Powell’s emails have been hacked and exposed. One email contained Powell’s 2014 comment to Jeffrey Leeds, as reported by the NY Post: “Bill [Clinton] is still dicking bimbos at home.”

Naïve Americans believes sexual agents only exist in fiction.

Bill’s endless string of bimbos are all farmers’ daughters? Are you kidding? Foreign intelligence agencies play this kind of situation like a piano. It’s so easy, it’s ridiculous. Send in a female operative, or five or six. —Pillow talk, on-the-scene observation, blackmail, the works.

Who knows, Bill may actually want to spill secrets. After all, he did send advanced military tech to China back in the day, in exchange for campaign money. And as an arch Globalist, why should he care about America as a sovereign nation?

Meanwhile, Hillary, stricken with some kind of neurological deficit, sets up a private email server through which she sends and receives classified information. Either she’s too far gone to notice, or she doesn’t care.

What a pair.

Worcester could be alluring for tech startups

No one has to tell Ryan Mete about the positive impacts of conducting business on the coast. He also has a few ideas about what could be the next big thing here, as Worcester County marks “Economic Development Week.”

Mete, who resides in Berlin, is a senior software engineer with Studio Codeworks and primarily telecommutes. That experience has led him to believe that Worcester County is a prime location for tech startups.

“Because of the nature of the tech industry, because it’s all computer-based, I can work from my home office,” he said. “If there’s a meeting that’s scheduled, I’ll drive up for the day and have face-to-face time with a client, and then I’ll go back home.”

Despite the occasional trek over the Chesapeake to visit the Studio Codeworks home office in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Mete spends the bulk of his workday on the Eastern Shore

At Her First Campaign Rally Since Collapsing, THIS Happened to Hillary!

Hillary Clinton has had the worst week of her horribly corrupt political career.

Once considered the favorite in the 2016 presidential race, Team Hillary probably knows it’s already over. Donald Trump’s poll numbers continue to skyrocket.

And no one seems to be showing up for Hillary’s events, unlike Trump’s. Trump can fill massive arenas and outdoor venues, while Hillary Clinton can barely fill a high school auditorium.

That’s because the Democrat grassroots just isn’t excited for Hillary, like they were for socialist Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT). The DNC had to rig the election on every level with “Superdelegates” to ensure Hillary could win the primary election, even after losing many states.

Hillary Clinton, who is very ill, has returned to the campaign trail after a week off.

And at her first rally, fewer than 300 people showed up. This is pathetic!

Undocumented NC Students Hold Rally Calling for Scholarship Eligibility

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Undocumented Guilford County high school students want the 'Say Yes To Education' scholarship program to expand its eligibility requirements.

The students want to be included in the local scholarship program that provides free tuition to in-state public colleges and universities.

"Why is it that that it's different with me?" Araceli Garcia-Garnica said. "Why is it that one simple piece of paper matters to them so much?"

Garcia-Garnica was among the students and teachers who attended a rally outside the Greensboro Coliseum Special Events Center Tuesday. The Say Yes College Fair was going on inside.

Garcia-Garnica has lived in the United States since she was 2 years old. She is here on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) which is an immigration policy that allows some illegal aliens to receive a renewable 2-year work permit.

Counsel: Hogan may have exceeded authority on school start

ANNAPOLIS, Md. —Counsel in the Maryland attorney general's office says Gov. Larry Hogan may have exceeded his authority by using an executive order to require public schools to start after Labor Day.

Adam Snyder, chief counsel of opinions and advice, expressed that view in a letter sent to two Maryland lawmakers Friday.

He says while he cannot say "unequivocally" that the executive order exceeds the governor's authority, he believes it is "likely" a reviewing court would conclude that it does.
